EDGAR Company Filings through SEC
10-K Forms and other financial filings are available through the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) website.

Company search: Change the "Anywhere" drop down menu to "Company/organization - ORG" to search for your company. Click "Full text - PDF" to see the full report.
Industry search: Under advanced search's "More search options" enter your NAICS code in the appropriate box and click Search. Click "Full text - PDF" to see the full report.

MSN Money: Stocks
Use the "Search stocks, EFTs, & more" search box to look up your company by name or ticker. Once in the report, click the "Financials" tab to find their income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow by quarter/year.
Yahoo! Finance
Use the "Quote Lookup" search box to find stock information, including historical coverage.
