1. Identify a competitor

- Begin typing your company's name into the "Quote search" box.
- Watch for it to appear under COMPANY MATCHES.
- Click to select your company from the list of COMPANY MATCHES.
- On your company's quote page, scroll to find the "Competitors" section

Try a Google search like this: competitors for [company name].

2. Use the resources below and the company's website to complete part 1:

EDGAR Company Filings through SEC
10-K Forms and other financial filings are available through the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) website.

Company search: Change the "Anywhere" drop down menu to "Company/organization - ORG" to search for your company. Click "Full text - PDF" to see the full report.
Industry search: Under advanced search's "More search options" enter your NAICS code in the appropriate box and click Search. Click "Full text - PDF" to see the full report.
