If you need a specific item that is not available in the Excelsior Library’s online collections, there are several options available to you:

1. The librarians can help you find an alternative item on the same topic. Contact us for assistance!
2. Use WorldCat to determine if a library near you owns the material you need.
   • Search for the item you need.
   • Type in your zip code to see if a library near you has the item.
   • Get the library’s contact information to determine their visitor/borrower privileges.
3. Use publiclibraries.com to find a library near you.
   • Select your state to find out which libraries are in cities near you.
   • Contact one or more of your local libraries to learn if they have the item or can get it for you through interlibrary loan (ILL).
